Pre-purchase Inspections
Watching out for your interests like a hawk
Buying a new home? Purchasing an investment property? Buying a commercial property? The last thing you want is an asset that’s going to cost you money in the long run.
Don’t just leave your new home to chance. Our accredited building inspectors will let you know if you’re making a sound decision. It’s nothing personal, but we just look better than you.
We’re details people. Your comprehensive pre-purchase report covers the overall condition of the property, gives a clear summary of the main issues and contains relevant full-colour photos.
Let us discover any problems before you do. With over forty years in the building industry, Noel Watson is very picky, and he will give you expert advice on how to proceed, without glossing over the details. Reliable pre-purchase building reports require familiarity with construction, maintenance, council building codes and objectivity, and that’s what you’ll get.
When it comes to building, it’s the small details that are vital. And with shoddy building, it’s the little things that make the big, bad things happen.

We’ll Look Before You Leap
When you can’t afford a mistake, you need the impartial third-party opinion of an expert. Whether it is a new home, investment property or commercial building, it’s crucial you know what you are buying so you can budget for the future cost of any structural or maintenance issues. A building inspection reports on the current condition of the property and outlines any up-coming issues.
Before signing on the dotted line, get an expert’s opinion in the shape of a pre-purchase house inspection. Call 0800 961 227 and get the peace of mind that comes from having a property looked over by qualified building professionals.
For the vendor, an inspection report shows transparency and honesty. A building report will identify any potential issues so they can be fixed before becoming negotiation blocks.
A pre-sale inspection report gives confidence to prospective buyers and can speed up the sale of your house or property.

But I’m Buying A New Home …
Think you don’t need a pre-purchase building report. Think again. It’s not just older New Zealand homes that have issues. Auckland’s building boom and the shortage of qualified builders familiar with the New Zealand building code have led to some shoddy building practices. We’re here to make sure you’re not caught out.
